i was in the process of changing out the thermostat and snapped the head on one of the bolts any ideas on what to do

ez-out?

vice grips if there's anything left of the shank, or drill it & easy out it. ensure you center punch the bolt before you drill cause if you're crooked, heli-coils are damn expensive!

If you take a small nut and spot weld it to whats left and turn it out.

They make a socket that has a left hand thread on the inside for grabbing the shaft of the bolt to unthread it. Much easier then a left hand drill bit.

well drilled ou the old bolt but cant seem to get the t handle in there to tap it. is there some type of extention i could use ?
