looking for a how to on 350 swap on a mazda bseries

Looking for info on putting a 350 in my mazda, looked in the tec libary but didnt find anything, there must be some pics and info on here??

Ultimate Customs AKA 10 other names original made it they were located in Ajax , Ontario . You cannot lay out with it which was why I made my own kit . The swap is simple for most part . People say cheap , I say not if done correctly . If you got question send me an IM/Email I could help you out

thats were my problem is, i have a 2 1/2 inch body drop on the truck and need it to fit. Think it will work making my own brackets?

i don't know if steve bought his with the 350 already in it or if he did it himself, but you can ask him (mazda2low)

also i think (but could be wrong) that troy is the one who put the sbc in doug's maz too so ask him too (s-10freak)

(btw doug's is bodied but i don't think steve's is)

If you make your own brackets you should be able to get it under a stock hood with a 2.5" BD.

Easily can fit under the stock hood I was saying that those brackets are worthless if your bodydropped just make the mounts yourself and use the stock Trans crossmember like I did . I had a stock hood on my mazda bd 3+ inches with the 350 . I only cut out partial Firewall and used a very expensive Air Cleaner to make it clear the hood think it was 249.99 at the time . Its now dropped a bit . Before painted I made the cowl hood you see in my profile . The difficulty/Time happens when you cut the complete firewall out and put it back together without being hack looking . You can see it in my profile and can see more pictures on cardomain from years ago of the swap I think they are still there
