Your thoughts on louvers

I posted a comment on my fav mini requesting a pic and it was posted, again thankyou. Really got me thinking when it comes time for body work.

Whats everyones thoughts on louvers, I know their old school, but seems its coming back, they have great memories for me. Seriuosly thinking it over, I'll try and post this pic for everyone to see.

personaly i hate louvers but do what you like cuz its your truck

^ agreed if you like em and want them by all means do them who cares what anyone else thinks. But if u are lookin for opinions still I also hate them lol ive seen some cool ones done on a mail box once in aluminum that were pretty sweet but other than that nuh uh.

if you do em tastefully, i dig em... but that luv has a few too many for my taste, and the ones on the side are just way too much.

but again, its your truck and your look.

it really has to go with the "theme" of the truck & not too many where it's overboard...

If done to tie in with something and not to many they rock. Doing an entire panel cause you can is overboard. Good luck.

I'm not a big fan of them...but Kevin's S10 is probably the only truck that i've actually like them on. His are not overdone, and fit the theme of his truck really well. Like others have said...If done tastefully their ok.
