Dually spindle or c-20

Question on use of dually hubs
I have been a member for a while this is my first question. I would like to add dually front hubs to my c-20 suburban can I just swap out the hubs and use the c-20 spindle and brakes or do I have to swap out the one ton dually spindle also.
