Body Mounts

Ok so I am traditionally body dropping my gen 2 s10. When it comes to body mounts do i just cut around them, or do i unbolt them and remove the bushings? I need some major help please.

Ok thanks. Ok guys, I really need help because I can't get back to work until I know what to do. I've tried doing as much research as I can but can't find what I'm looking for.

im no fabricator but from what ive seen i think u just cut the floor loose from the cab, leave it bolted up, cut the space from th eback wall and firewall, lower it down and weld it back up, and add filler plates where needed....i dont think u need to unbolt the cab...seems like it would help keep things in place also to leave it bolted together and cut around them....

I sawed right through mine, just make sure its to the oustide of the bolt
