question for u ranger people

i am wander if ford explorer and ranger door panels are the same and are the doors my truck is a 98 i was want to do the door panels cause i can get a set for free and i want to use the power window switchs for my bags if that is a good idea help would be nice or more ideas thanks

They do not match up, Explorers use earlier doors than the Ranger. You can do any Ranger 98+ though.

usually the driverside power switches uses a circut board. I could get the passengerside door lock switch to open my wifes shaved door. but i could never get the driverside to work right. it kept popping caps/wires. it was a toyota tho. ford parts might be easyier to work with. I would guess the doors are the same.
