You can get some cement cleaner from Lowes. I use dish detergent, the water hose and a stiff broom, it is funny to have a sudsy driveway.

get some muratic acid let that set on there for a alittle bit then spray off with a pressure washer if you have one if not use your water hose. You can get it at your local hardware store.

i just throw some kitty litter on it and wait for it to soak up and then i spray it down with my hose

muriatic acid, but be careful must of that stuff is concentrate dilute in like 1:1 with water before using and then use some sort of stiff bristle brush to scrub it down. spray it down real good with pressure washer when done if you have one if not just use water hose with nozzle on.

well its oil thats been on there for a while... so kitty litter will not work. i was thinking the acid etcher that you use when you epoxy floors.... but i didnt know if i use that, if it will discolor the cement at all? i dont want to use it and have that area turn bright white.... know what i mean?

I used to have the problem of having my mazda layed out in the drive way, then it would rain and leave a perfect rust imprint of the frame on the cement.

Boil water pour it on the spots then take powder laundry detergent and sprinkle it on the stain like kitty litter let it dry and most of it will lift up!

re-pave it
