Need Help installing 1993 4x4 bumper and valence on pickup 1988

Hi peoples im new to this forum. I just bought a toyota and i am in the process for fixing it up its a 1988 with a japanese bed. I bought the fender flares i also bought a 1993 4x4 bumper with valence. What do I need to tack the bump on? Im totally clueless but I seen so many trucks with the same setup on. Can anyone please give me info on what parts I need in order to install the bumper? Thanks guys.
