I've had this one in the shop for a while now and just recently started bust'n ass on it getting it done,.....(luckly my boy that own's the car is over sea's, so he wasn't in to much of a hurry)
Anyways, he's comming back around december......Just in time for one hell of a christmas present
Here's what the vehicle looked like when it first arived......





And then I had to destroy that beautyfull shine with some 400 grit.......

Back on topic,....The car was extremly straight exept for som cracks in the fiberglass body kit....and a few bubbles?? in the back bumper.....


so I ground out the cracks and re-fiberglassed the back of the bumper......








Then came alittle mud work



and then the first coat of primer is sprayed......


And the back bumper with it's mystery bubbles


Well they were in the gel coat,...... and sanded out smooth


Now it needs to be shaved the fuck up.............

not sure if you even are running a bake booth but in the past ive seen alotta fiberglass stuff bubble like that after its been baked so i try to never bake the stuff after paint...cant wait to see what ya do with it man..gonna be sick like everything else! i have no doubt!

Well like I aid, this one needed a good shave job bad...........

So I started with the driver's door















and then onto the passanger door.......







And next in line was the entenna.....











And the emblems,....the had big nasty holes behind em'.....damn







And last but not least the trunk, wich happend to be fibberglass.....damn

And finally came primer!











Next comes paint!

^^^^WoW, I never thought about that being caused by baking, your probly right???....Thanks for the advise bro!

And here she is blocked out, taped up and ready to go!





I alwasy like to start new paint jobs out with a fresh coat of sealer









And next came an extremely metalic, silver base.....At this piont I'm still not 100% sure what I'm gonna do to this one, But since I know it's going to be Black & Red Kandy, I went ahead and sprayed the entire car silver.........









And Like I said befor eat this piont I STILL don't know how I'm going to seperate this 2-tone.......

So,......For the first time EVER, I decided to FREE-HAND the top color (basically bust'n a 2-tone without taping anything off )

and ON TOP OF THAT!.......as I was spraying the black, I decided to do somthing totaly different and reverse the color's from one side to the other (without having 2 different paint jobs or having it split down the middle)........

And this is what I came up with.......

-black on top of the driver side......-Red Kandy on top of the passanger side.....-With the entire front bumper Red Kandy .....-And the entire back bumper Black.............



And here's how it turned out











The next time I post will be with pics of "Get Money" covered in Crystal Clear Flake
