anyone used aluminum fuel line for air? Says its rated at 250psi, but wonder if it would hold up or not?

I have it on mine for 6 months now and no problems yet. Check my pic out and you can see it.

i work at chaotic rods and customs and have been using it on every system for the last 4 years or so and no problems yet and it polishes up real nice as well. not to mention it's a lot cheaper than copper.

Yo, DimeDown and Rocky - what fittings are you guys using? Are you flaring the ends?

Mo pics! - Mo details...!

compression or push to lock is what I used with copper and worked great so the same should work I would imagine.

^^ Stainless is too hard of a material to use with a push lock fitting. They make compression fittings to work with strainless line, you usually see it in some of the nicer hydro set ups. Be warned, the compression fittings for stainless aren't particularly cheap.
