MAX, im backhalfing my 1995 s10 ex cab. i am getting rid of the SD 3 link and am going paralell 4 link with a watts link.. my question is what do i need to keep in mind on the distance the 2 bars are to eachother.A good friend runs a laser table and burnt me out brackets.. right now they are set up 8 inches apart paralell to eachother.. the bars are 25 inches center to center.
also ive been trying to find something on here to help me in setting up a watts link. i know what the design is but i need info on bar space and bar angle at ride height.. any info on this would be great..

ok i found some info on the watts link.... but i am still unsure of the distance between the 2 bars. this is a pic of the watts link im planning on using. This is just the test burn out of 1/8 in. It too is 8 inches center to center for bar holes

In order to have some sort of instant center, the front mounts should be about 1.5" to 2" closer to each other than the rears. 8" apart from each other on the watts link is plenty. There are a few post on here about proper set up, but I can't remember where they are. I wrote this for Sport Truck a few months ago...

On a properly set up Watts link, both bars will be parallel to the ground a half travel, but the center-link itself will be over center. The center link will be straight up and down only at
