sorry to hear about your build up going to shit but thats the way these things go, you should get the man who is buildin g the truck to call kustomwerks and explain what the problem is so that they can correct thier issues or tell him how they go on the truck jm2c

yea i am dealing wit eric direct now at KW, my guy who i bought them thru was like ur sol sorry they were installed for even 5 mintues there ur's i was like for mock up and they not even right he like oh well they were a custom order i was like how are they custom they are jsut new arms, not cut to a shortier length so i am like screw Center Stage customs he can kiss my ass
give props to eric he is at least trying to help i mean it his name on the line and his arms and his rep, so we will see how this drama plays out

ifastlx i know it custom truck and shit happens trust me 3 yrs sitting on the ranger and no work LOL but jsut sucks thhe whole a arm waiting 2 months after a 2 week promise and thought it all good easy from here LOL nope nice swift kick in the Jimmy to me

lol well jsut got a little better news, it was only the uppers that are bad and he is not using them and i ahve been in contact wit Eric at KW, and he is doing what he can to fix this so i say a big thumbs up to Eric for helping me out since his name is on this.

He is a real good guy...real easy to get along with...

oh definately never had a problem with him it was the guy i was dealin wit that has shafted me all along i have done more of the work then he has

it will all be good in the end, just dont lose ur cool and start cussing people out, you need all the people on your side you can get. if KW is a reputable business they will make it right with you

at least you arent dealing with milke white @ BYC.... i heard he is a real great at customer satisfaction
