Anyone know the owner of this dually...?

My friend has called the bank on it already, but would like to talk to the owner about the truck. I have messaged him/her 2x and still have not heard back from them. Its an Arkansas truck according the the add....

I think it might be a pre-95 model because the gauge cluster looks like the older model chevy's and someone just put the new model interior in the truck....but i could be wrong....nice tuck either way!

I saw it when it was getting the body work done to it. It is at least a 95 because i remember seeing the interior. I would deffinatly trust the body work on it, because the dude that did it is pretty good. When i saw it, it wasnt bagged. I'm assuming he had to get the rear end narrowed alot cause the wheels stuck way out past the fenders, and if i remember correctly the front wheels wouldnt tuck either but its been a few months. I wish i could remember more about it. The body work was done in Searcy but i cant remember the name of the shop.

Too late, truck sold already...at least according to the ebay page. Thanks for the help though. My buddy was interested in the truck, but I think he found another damn near just like it. White, crew cab, semi wheels, bagged, but a GMC instead...
