need repair shop in or close too NC for acura RSX

have a 2003+/- RSX. my boss son has a rsx he bought from a dude it has had a lot of work (hot rod stuff). i know nothing about this type of shit. we need a GOOD shop that know's about this type cars. it will turn over but has no fire. any help would be great.
