take a current(amperage) reading on each headlight harness. if the readings are not the same on each headlight just replace the headlight harness...if you checked all fuses, checked all relays, checked all grounds and swaped bulbs from one side to the other and the right side stayed dim, then it sounds like you have a wire that is "pinpointing" meaning the wire is corroding from inside its insulation. with out the right test equipment you may never find where this is hapening in the 2-4feet of wire...just get a new harness from the junk yard, or the do it hard way... cut the old harness open find the wire for that headlight, cut it out, solder in a new wire of the same gauge, heatshrink the connection then re-tape the entire harness. just my opinion on a fix
A pinpointed wire could happen if you were running a cheap set of superwhite bulbs that pulled too much current for the factory wire to handle. i know that is what the fuse is SUPPOSED to protect but you know... Custom happens
