I think that there are two different ways to bag the front of a Taco:

1. Use the stock spring pocket

2.Get rid of that and use a torsion style type bag mount.

How is this truck done? Get some pics of the front set up. It sounds like you have already figured out your problem with the location of the bottom of the bag, and that you are losing leverage.

i tried th search and didnt find anything i could use...also i think the original spring perch was used...which is gonna work out better the torsion brackets or get the bracket set for the tacoma....also i know its a leverage issue i just wanted to see how others have done so i can get an idea of how i need to correct it...

mine had the spring pockets used and they tore off the frame....we then went with the torsion style setup which is highly recommended by me.....i could clear my 19's easily

Here's how I did my taco......

Firts I removed all this shit

This is what it looked like when all th unessacary and unwanted shit was removed

And after the bag brackets were welded in.......

and of course, No Taco could be complete without a set of "Bio Kustoms Hand Made Drop Spidles" with uniball joints

And I can clear a 225/35/20 by atleats 2"

Well, I hope that help some if any at all
