how much you think it would cost?

Depends on what size wheels you are going to run. My prices start at around 3500&up for dually trucks and suburbans so I think an Excursion should not be much more. I will make it where you can still tow what ever the hell you want to and not even think twice about it.

probable would do it over a 22

Keep in mind that is just the chassis fabrication, tubbing, tunneling, and panel making invoved. You will still need the airride kit that fits what you want it to do. Maybe looking @ another 1500-2000 depending on if you want an EDC, Viair, or Zenith.
