Questions on my new project.

OK, since I sold my mazda, I am on the lookout for a 94-03 dime. (my very first mini) I had originally planned to bodydrop it on 20s with a SBC engine. I have read in a few places where with the bodydrop it will cause clearance issues with the headers and steering. Has anyone done this? (I know it has been done) What kind of problems am I looking at. I don't even have the truck yet, but eriously looking and in the planning stage right now. Trying to get as much info as possible befor I find a truck with no engine or tranny.

Also, if I am going from a 2.2 truck, what am I gonna need to do to run a carbed 350? I want as little electronics as possible under the hood. I know I am gonna need which ever computer that runs headlights and tailights and such, but I know I won't need an ECU since it runs the stock engine.

If anyone has any god pointers or know of where else I can look, let me know. I am starting to buy parts, that way, I will have about 95% of what I need to complete this truck in less than a year from start to finish.

are u looking for for one cause my friend know this guy that comes up to his shop all the time who has a 94 s10 extended cab he wants to sell it for 400 bucks let me if interest located in mobile,al truck claimed to be in good shape

but for the good price I might. can you get me some more info, like engine, miles, tranny, and all the goods. might be worth the trip to pick it up.
