u-joints

anyone ever replaced them? any hints and tips to getting it done? any help would be appreciated.

if the ends have been knocking together, (you will see the edge of the outer loop rolled in a little) then it will be pretty hard to do it... even with a press or a big vice and even bigger clamp and a socket or two... cause the end caps go in that way, with either outer or inner clips depending on MT an AT i belive (but dont quote me)
