1994 Chevrolet 1500 5.7 Liter TBI

Vehicle will start and run approximately 20 seconds and then the fuel is cut off to the injectors and vehicle will not start again until you take the negative battery cable off. Already have replaced PCM, PROM, and throttle body and injectors and gaskets, fuel cutoff relay, fuel pump. Any suggestions to what my problem may be?

Ignition control module. Had a similar problem. Thats what it was.

I just had this same problem with my 93 mine would run and then start to make this whurling noise and die and wouldnt start till I reset it again by taking off the cables. Before you go waste the money and buy a new module u can take it off and get it tested at a local autopart house. I did that and mine was good so I kept going I knew it had to be something with the disturbutor. I ended up have a bad disturbutor so I had to replace it. It was all rusted and broke inside the shaft it has over 220,000 miles and this was my first major problem so I can complain. Sorry for the long message its just fresh on my mind cause I just came from outside finshing up with it.
