Can I fit 20s on my toyota with a 31/2 bodydrop and not come out of the hood? Does anybody have any pics they could post for me?

Are you a 3 1/2 " bd with stock rockers or have they been flattened some? I'm sure 20's will fit if your dropped to the rocker or pinch but beyond that may be pushing it for clearance with the fender tops on the front end. What size of tire are you looking to run?

20s will fit but your wheels will touch the hood skin and the rockers will be 1/8" from laying with a 225/30/20 tire.

I had it figure about a 1/4 inch to tall, guess ill go with 18s. I want to cut my rockers off, who needs them anyway?

Go with a 215 30 20, not a huge difference from the 225 30, but that extra 1/4-1/2 inch in diameter helps in tight places.

Mine has 215 30 20

I dont run much camber.

Codey's Old Toy was into the rocker and on 20's

Bobby SadisticHas 20's Decent size tires. Runs some camber. Fender notched and some part of the hood.

you can lay ROCKER no gap with a 225/30/20 on a 20x7...that i know for a fact..cuz thats what i have on my yota

so what size tires are on the green yota above>>> with out cutting anything are you running custom control arms ??
FXDGRND   +1y
215/30/20 on an 8" wheel. There's alot of firewall and front suspension reworking to get it to sit. The upper arms are tubular KW and the lowers are modified stocks, mainly for triangulation. It has a 2.25 BD with the front crossmember cut down so 'sits like a 3".

Shows the lower reinforcemnets

Shows the intial fitting the 20's

Still need to notch out the rear wells and gas door pocket to full plant the back that extra 1/2"

How is the ride on the 215/30 tire? Much worse then the 225/30?
