I picked up a truck with weber side drafts, it doesn't run too great. First of all the carbs are different sizes. The front one is like a 48 and the rear is a 45. This shouldn't be like this should it. Looks like some one may have robbed on from a scrap yard. The distributor is still the stock one with vaccum advance. They don't have it hooked up to the engine at all. Shouldn't it be hooked up? I would think it wouldn't advance correctly not hooked up? Please help...

The mismatched carbs is a no no for sure, you will never get it to run proper that way. Hit up the tech line for LC Engineering for info on the vaccum advance, they were very helpful every time I've called.
