Been covered here a few times, but its kinda a PITA to weed thru all the old posts the way the layout is here.

I have an '03 Harley that had the following done.

Machined Lightning spindles (spindle flip)
Tie rods flipped
Stock upper control arms, flipped over and swapped side to side (drivers on passenger side now, etc.)
Removed upper spring pocket, replaced with new upper bag bracket
Stock lower control arms, with spring recess plated
Moog ball joints (stock BJs can not be used! Weight is now on TOP of BJ)
Slam Bags RE7's I believe

Think was about all of it. Im running 24x10's up front btw.

If designed right you could use .125" wall but .1875" or .250" wall would be fine to. Seeing that its a fullsize I would probably use .1875" or .250" wall.

I think the 95's still have the I-beam front suspension.
