Updates on my 09 Ram

Nothing too special.....still have plans to bag it after the first of the year

nice. how you like havin the hemi in it? and do you know what all changes they made for 09s? is it the same body with some skin changes or a totally new shape? like the 72-80 dodges and 81-93 are for the most part interchangable. same chassis, doors/fenders/tailgates/hoods/ect can be swapped around. cabs and beds too. is this the same sorta deal?

i have the 4.7 & im very happy with it. the body is similar but completely different. The body sides hang lower to cover more of the frame rails. The rear bumper wraps around now. The tailgate has a weird spoiler type lip at the top for aerodynamics. the front end lunges forward over the road & the hood is similar to the previous hood. I think the windshields angle is more aggressive than before too. The rear suspension is the coil link setup now. the dash is different than before, but the seats still are the same. Unless you buy the laramie or sport package. then you have the nice console with the shifter on it

ahh. that picture it looks to have a coil on plug setup like the hemis used. i didnt look too close to see if it had one or two plugs per cyl though. looks good.

it has 8 individual coil packs now

don't these new ones have a par. four link with panhard? and coils?

FYI it is all new from ground up the motor is the only thing they reused..

Thats looking good. When I first saw the new Rams I didn't like it, thought it looked like a ram ass raped a mustang and that was thier love child. But once I saw one in person I fell in love with it. Cant wait to see in laid out.
