I got an s-10 with a 4.3 in it. its a throttle body and i have added the spacer and an bigger then stock cold air intake. also ac delco rapid fire spark flugs. Is there anything else I can do to improve the mpg on it. i thought of underdrive pulleys but i heard they werent worth it. any help would be great.

My highway MPG went from 17 to 21 by lowering the ride height. Ride height is now about 2-3 inches compared to the tires being level with the fenders before the BD.

I'm not sure if that makes sense, but it's a good reason to BD so I'm with this dude.lol

keep your foot out of it. Do you go over 60 mph often? You loose something like 20% fuel economy for every 5 mpg over 60 you go.

On a side note, a remote starter is the worst thing possible for gas mileage. Mine has gone from 26 to 20 now that it has gotten cold

underdrive pulleys help, depends on how much its going to cost though. also you can open the exhaust up.
