not to much of an update.... got the console welded up and ground down smooth, mounted the window switches in the console and got the front of the rear piece all rounded up... i also started making the console flow over to the back part... also made a moc up console lid out of foam just to see what the shape will look like... i have got to make a package area under it to mount his alarm switches and other misc switches

alright dudes, its been a while since an update... so here we go... the owner wanted the whole top of the console to be padded where his arm goes i had to make the plates bold on for the interior shop to cover, made the hinges and everythiung in the console so the guy can mount his switches in.. got everything welded up and the console flowing into the back just to cut it apart again and make the middle portion hinge and swing up the storage compart ment. ive got alot more pics than this, i just left my camera at the shop...more tomorrow for sure...

well i sorta forgot about this thing i had going lol... its been a while and i finaly took my camera back to the shop and snapped a few pics. everything is wiped and final primed now, ive been water blocking the body for paint and the frame is finaly all back together. i think it looks pretty good, the filters for the carbs are probaly gonna go though, i dont like them and i dont think the owner cares for them much either. hes been talking to me about making a air cleaner that ties into everything else and flows with the car so we'll see about that. anyway here is the chassis. full chromolly chassis, vette front suspension. the rear is 4 or 3 link, depending on what hes doing with the car (its set up to run 3 or parallel 4 link) with the watts to keep it centered. the engine ended up being 454 cubic inches after it was all said and done, and thats no big block, thats a damn 454 cu small block! should sound insane, and made 600 something on the dyno, i dont know the type of trans but its a 6 speed lol. wheels are 18s/20s budniks and also made the headers, tight fit!
