Need help fixing paint job

Has anyone used chrome or aluminum paint to create molding graphics i had some painted by the guy who painted the whole truck and they look like crap .Want to try the chrome or aluminum paint to see if i can fix this without getting into painting whole truck or trying to airbrush graphics again.

Sorry to hear that. A good reason to make sure you're choosing the right person for something specialized like that. Firstly, you'll probably be left with an edge if you just try to cover up the old graphic with some "chrome" paint. That means you will probably want to clear the whole job.

Secondly, I doubt it will look like you expect. You may be better choosing a color instead of a chrome type paint. Of course not seeing what the graphics look like make giving advice a little tricky. Good luck.

Another trick to get away from having a edge is try using a product called blend ease by ppg you can get it in aerosol and can form. In the midwest you can get it from any ppg distributor or o'reilly's auto parts.

Well what`s bad is the guy who painted the whole truck has had 3 feature trucks and did what i thought was good work .I was very clear what i wanted and he got paid well i was super patient and he screwed me .Now i will end up painting the whole truck again just to fix all the problems. /THANK YOU Shon Reece/

Well if the guy has a business and a shop front then take it back to him and demand he fix it or you can park the truck in front of his shop every day to show new customer the crap work he does. And if that don't work small claim court.

isnt he the one who lied in the mini truckin feature about buildin a blazer, neck breaker, i believe sayin he did all the work to it, but all he did was airbrush it? anyways, i seen his second blazer in person and it looked great, seems to do great airbrush work...wonder what happened...he has an account on here, too

Yes thats him he built that blazer while he was supposed to be doing my truck i probably paid for most of it.He kept my truck for 2 years and got me for 5 thousand dollars i just have ta chalk it up as hes a dirtbag Nothing i can do really other than fix it and let people know what to expect from him

Wheres sparta at im only two hrs from knoxville i will have to fix base colors first body work is terrible old paint never got stripped off he even bent my bed and cali combo and done a crappy job fixing the dents
