Drive cycle???

Does anyone know how to complete the drive cycle for a 98 2.4L 4 cylinder(5-speed)? I took my truck to get smogged but at some point prior to the test the battery died and the computer reset. Does anyone know the steps to complete the drive cycle. I've already put over 100 miles on it since it reset(both highway and city driving) and the drive cycle hasn't completed yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it normally has to get up to running temp twice. drive it somewhere, let it cool down, then drive it home. that should do it.
