a new drive shaft is cheap, only about $180 I wouldn't take chances with using a cheap driveshaft. It sounds like you've got enough other parts to worry about, the pick a part on centennial in Nashville has plenty of s10's to get parts off of. sounds like a yoke had bad needle bearings and decided to grenade in accordance with murphy's law, On a road trip once one of our caravan members had a tire blow out in Desert Center CA. They call it that cause it's in the center of the middle of nowhere. The tire guy we found at 3 in the morning didn't have a machine, and he looked at us like we were crazy bringing in a 17 with a lo pro tire, 100 mile tow later and we stayed in a friends house that had just been sold so it was empty, 15 people just happy to have a floor to sleep on. Next day we finally made it to Severed Octoberfest, and had to work the show. It was a fun roadtrip
