Which muffler would you recommend? I have a '98 Chevy Silverado with a 5.7L(350). I want a muffler that has little to no interior sound. I have a Cherry Bomb muffler on it now but its too loud inside the truck. Plus it resonates real bad at cruising speed so all the plastic trim rattles and I'm sick of it. I definately do not want a glASSpack style muffler. Any suggestions would help alot. Thanx!!

Have you ever had a Flowmaster muffler?? Ive used them on all my vehicles & love the sound. Ive always used the 40 series style, but Im thinking the 50 series style would be best for you. To be honest Flowmaster mufflers were developed for large engines like youve got & they work/sound bad ass!

flowtech afterburn or a thrush might work well too. id honestly say to call summits tech people. they are available 24/7, and i bet they can give you like 9 options for what you want.

I would go with the flowmaster super 40 series they are really quiet as far as interior resonance is concerned

Thanx. I have ran a Flowmaster before on my '85 C-10. I ran dual Super 40's that were dumped rite in front of the rearend. I was thinking about getting a 3 chambered Flow this time around... I never heard a Borla muffler in person. i heard they were expensive too. What about a Magnaflow or Dynomax? They worth anything?

i use what they call a turbo muffler basically a cheap flowmaster and has a good tone as well
