I am bagging a front-wheel drive, unibody truck. Being that there is no power transferred to the rear, what type of link should I install in the rear? What types of suspension dynamics do I need to consider when designing the suspension for this truck? There is no frame and therefore noting to weld to. So, would like to utilize the stock front leaf spring hanger if possible. Would a 2 link be more feasible in this situation? Thanks for your help.

I would suggest the same 4-link that you would use on a vehicle that was rear wheel drive. It's a very neutral set up that will have little to no adverse issues. It is a good question tho. If you were trying to build a vehicle with a specific use in mind then you mught address it differently.
