dodge spare 20"s wheels on 5x5 bolt

has any one tryed to put these on a chevy bolt pattern...how hard would it be to have redrilled

its a steel wheel. the shape of the area around the lugs usually dictates one pattern. only other option would be to use the hoops and custom centers or redrill the chevy to a new pattern. or adapters.
