i have a 05 gmc sierra and one of the light went out in the cluster and ive been dealin with it for like 3 weeks now just hopin itll fix itself i guess lol  but its not...so i was thinkin if im gonna change it i wanna put led lights in there to make it brighter and to match the headunit and amps and stuff, so dose anyone know how to do this, can u just change them or are the saudered on what....

I don't know about the Chevy's but on my Dodge it's just a socket with a bulb. I spent about $60 in leds and when I got them the base was to big and they wouldn't fit in the socket, so I haven't been able to use them. Thanks Dodge!!!

see thats what i thought that it was the little 194 bulb but the i heard it was soldered on so i figured i as around before i just started takin shit a apart lol

You should look on ebay for a gauge cluster and look at the pictures of the back side. I don't see why they would be sodered in since they can burn out. I think mine are 194 bulbs. It shouldn't be that hard to take out your cluster and check for yourself. If your light is already bad, if you mess it up, no harm done
