need info on impalas/biscayne's, etc...

looking to see what the differences were in the 59-64 impalas, biscaynes, bel airs and the different models of wagons, parkwoods, brookwoods, kingwoods, and nomads. any sites for this? I couldn't find any.

what kind of differences are you looking for, the only real parts most of these cars actuallt share is frames, engines, and some floor pans are the same. the frames came about 3 different ways, 1 was an american built frame, the other a canadian built frame, , and teh convertibles had an extra body mount, as far as the bodies go, i could sit here and type for two weeks and not tell you all the differences in body types, just know that from 59 to 64 none of teh bodys were the same, the closest the ever got to being the same was 63-64...

well the big diffrence was the packages some had chrome others didnt impalas were the only ones that didnt have door post. as far as the wagons there were diffrent names for diffrent years nomads were the 2 door and the 59 4 door brookwoods were 58 60 61 and kingswoods i believe were 69 and up

that's why I'm hoping to find a site, so you don't have to type all of it. LOL   mainly wanting to know the different options that came on the wagons. Like mentioned I've seen several different model names.
