id have to say between the two, setting up myself with tools for almost any work, a 4.5" electric grinder. one with a side handle. i used mine for hours earlier. had to cut down my blocks, cut off old u bolts, shorten the new ones, make new studs for the blocks from a couple bolts, ect ect. and i didnt changed from my cutoff disc. i would have, but i cant find the damn grinder or flappers. i gotta clean shop and find that stuff. but, i think that a grinder is far more useful on the majority of tasks than a sawzall. those are nice for dropping exhausts or crossmembers though.
