HD grill with yukon bumper

I'm looking to put a 2500 HD grill on my Tahoe, and noticed that the indention for the Yukon bumper would accomodate the new grill shell nicely. But was wondering, are the 2002 Yukon and Tahoe bumper covers interchangeable without modifying the bumper framework? I know that modifications are necessary to change the upper cap for the HD bumper, and the same is true of the '03+ Sierra, but was wondering if anyone has experience with the Tahoe to Yukon (non Denali) swap?

i know that they are different but what all did you have to do to have it fit
