Depends on what shop is doing it and if ur doing bed and frame or just frame and using a short bed? To make it a short bed take out 12 inches in front of wheel and 8 inches behind

Are you going to use new or old parts? Keef has the frame part taken care of as far as body panels check them out.   front bed panel (Steel)  http://www.brotherstrucks.com/prodinfo.asp?number=FBP72FS   or Front bed panel(wood) http://www.brotherstrucks.com/prodinfo.asp?number=FBP72FW Bed sides LH-RH http://www.brotherstrucks.com/prodinfo.asp?number=BS72F00 Tailgate http://www.brotherstrucks.com/prodinfo.asp?number=TG67720 Cross sills http://www.brotherstrucks.com/prodinfo.asp?number=BCS72FS Rear cross sill (steel) http://www.brotherstrucks.com/prodinfo.asp?number=RCS7200  or Rear cross sill(wood) http://www.brotherstrucks.com/prodinfo.asp?number=RCS72FS Hope this helps out.

Have the frame shorten and buy new short bed sides!   Its the easiest and will turn out better!

They charge $1500 out here. Included New driveshaft Relocated suspension Shortened frame Shorten the bedsides and floor Fill in side markers on the bed Just a note that is sometimes missed. Chevy/ GMC had a few odd models so standard shortening numbers dont always work. There was a gmc at the shop once that was a big country or something. It had larger wheel openings and a different wheelbase then the standard.
