someone had it fitted in there ride the car was cut and it was fitted in it and found out it was to small so they were just trying to push the sale on it .

damm i would have thought 700 was high it's what i expected i did not care for a power rag but it's cheap and new so if i can get it to open and close it's gonna work out i guess
