does anyone know who owns this accord?

hey guys ive been searching the net to sort out how im going to lay the front end of my 2002 accord, its curently on cylinders, i plans to strut cut it and refab the arms, etc get it low that way... but in my search i found a clip on youtube.com of this accord getting some serious lift and still on air, i dont know whether he has gone bag over upper arm or what but i would really like to find out,
