So here is an odd one. I have a 66 econoline that has a solid front axle. I am wanting to bag it but with the engine where it is and me sitting on the wheel wells it just isn't going to be able to be put on the ground with and IFS like I want so the next option is to find a way to bag it with the solid axle. So can you see anything wrong with running a monoleaf on the front solid axle? I am not sure what I am going to do in the back yet but there are far more options back there. Probably a wishbone or something back there.

Thanks,
Chad

The only problem that I could see from any mono leaf setup would be axle wrap. As long as there is enough leaf to keep tha axle from moving around you should be ok. There is the possiblity of unwanted steering input from the leafs flexing, but it's too hard to say without seeing it in person.
