AFC manifold valves

I just installed these 3/8" afc manifold valves a couple weeks ago that i bought from AVS and today i was at a show and the dump side stopped working and it leaks down very quickly through the dump port whenever i lift it up...so i went to napa(thank god there was one nearby) and just bought a plug and plugged the dump port so i could drive home. Does anyone know why its doing this? , ive never used manifold valves so i dont know what to do.

sounds like a diaphram is broken or dirty. If you purchased them only a few weeks ago i would contact AVS about your problem
