Your the master of the forum public relations, with out people like you weeding out the unfit this place would be over run with "ssm" style people. why do you feel the need to black list your self and apologise to baha? is he even mad at you?

I would say that I have definitely rubbed a few people the wrong way. Without even realizing it, I have become the epitome of a "keyboard commando".

I mean, seriously, read 90% of any posts made by me. It's useless bullshit, all in the name of being "cute". Even worse, when I decide I don't like someone, I brow beat them until they either conform to what I think they should be, or they run off. That's wrong. It's not my board.

This isn't about a pity party. This isn't about garnering sympathy. It's about a reality check.

I'm not necessarily saying I'm leaving. I just realize that I don't need to make a wise-ass post to EVERY topic on D.S.

As for offending people...i think people need to lighten up sometimes. We all can get our feelings hurt from time to time but thats just life. If you ask 2 people their opinion, you will probably get 4 different answers.

I drive a truck for a living and when talking on the CB radio, EVERYBODY is 10 feet tall and bullet proof. I think this kind of mentality sometimes applies to online forums too. Its easy to say things about a person who is on the other side of the country or someone you will most likely never meet.

Its also impossible on line to tell what context something was said in. When i saw your post about the truck for sale, i assumed you were wishing him well. Apparently not everybody else did. If you dont like someones truck, or dont think it is worth the asking price, so what? Thats your opinion, and you are certainly entitled to it. I'm sure there are people on here who think i paid too much for my truck or who dont like the fact that my truck is totally stock...that doesnt bother me a bit. If we were all alike, life would be pretty boring.

As for everybody else, i go out of my way to try not to offend people but it doesnt always work. If we went through life trying to please everybody we would never have time for anything else.

In closing, i would like to say i applaud you for your apology and for cowboying up and if you feel the need to pick on somebody in the future, feel free to pick on me. After all, i do drive a stock truck on 16" wheels so i kinda figure i deserve it anyway.

Now everybody pull out the tampon, see that there is no blood on it and lets get on with it, shall we.
