James, Yea gotta love the color those beams were, I bought them in '88.  The day I installed them I drove it home and crawed under it to black them out, couldn't stand the orange.  They were on that '85 frame but they came off an '88 Ranger and the springs are for a 2.9 V6.  Got the original paperwork for them (couldn't believe I still had it).  Shannon I know you remember when Ranger parts were scarce you basically bought what was avaliable. Back in the day I knew lots of people that cut their original beams (kind of scary today) and re-welding them with the spindle end moved up.      

ya i got my truck in high school everyone else had toyota's or nissan they just turned the t bars and i had to work for 8 months to lower my ranger i remember the day they came the next day i went to school and hit a kid so i was kicked out of school and went home and lowered my truck. damn that was a long time ago.

LOL they will be back orange you should scan those install files. i still have my djm ones from 00 lol
