Someone please help! Window won't roll down!

So I changed out all the weatherstripping on the doors of my Suburban, and now my driver's side window will not roll down.  I have taken the rubber out several times thinking it was that, but it isn't.  All the other's work fine so I did something right 3 out of 4!  It will go down about an inch at a time, and I have to wait about a minute, maybe the motor is in a bind, I don't know.  Everything worked fine before I replaced it, any ideas?
