i finally have my frame under the cab and the floor will commence in a few days, the problem i have now is i have to drop the core support 6" and the bottom of the horns will hit the ground after 4". anyone have a delima breaker they can share? my only idea after staring at it for a few was to cut 2" out of the bottom of the horns so they lay flat but i want some opinions, HELP!!!!!!! pics will clearify, hopefully.............

you can roll with your idea by cutting the bottom off just box it all in and shes good to go.

on a normal bodydroped s-10 the frame horns are normally on the ground, it takes about 3.75" to hit rocker, but i myself went to 4"...  So yes, just wack off however much you need to make it lay flat. and definetly reinforce everything under there and box it all in.
