s10's I need opionions! Stepside or Fleetside!

Which do you guys prefer? stepside or fleetside? I currently have a fleetside but I have just located a stepside that I can get relatively cheap (my bed and a little cash) I think the stepsides look good but I don't know what everybody else thinks so I'm asking. What would you do? I will be selling it and I want it to be something people will want. Only thing is is that my bed is painted the same as my truck and the stepside bed is red and I would probably just primer it and leave the truck alone. Or should I just primer the whole thing? I want a buyers point of view.

Why spend money on something your selling? Leave the painted to match bed on it and roll on.

you dont see nearly enough step sides around, i do believe its because for awhile there were people doin "bigger is better" as far as rims go and you cant really tuck a big rim with a step side without cutting the bedside out and raising it. if you have a standard cab, the step beds look alittle small but if you have an e-xab, it looks better, imo

the price will go up accordingly with the cost of the bed. It is slammed on some 14's so.. the hood is white so it doesn't match either so it needs to be painted. Its listed on mautofied and craigslist both. keep those opioions coming.  and my s10 is an extended cab if ya didn't know.

STEPSIDES all the way!!!! I have had 2 stepsides and one fleet sides and i would prefer them any day over a fleetside. They just look better. But its a matter of choice whatever you think looks better.

If your just selling it don't put yourself any deeper in than necessary, just sell and move on.  I prefer the fleetside bed on an S10 myself, but on a Ranger I like the Splash bed better. I think its the seams and rear bumper setup on the S10 step bed that kills it for me.

stepsides....i love mine because people hate them, and theres too many fleetside s10's out there
