h.i.d. question

So I hooked up my hid's about a month ago been workin fine had no problems until now, both the lights light up, but one of them isnt brite at all, it looks the same color as regular bulbs, but is'nt brite. If anyone has experienced this or has any info of what it could be lemme know. Thank you

I HOOKED UP A RELAY TO MINE IT KICKS ASS NOW. MAYBE ITS NOT GETTIN ENUFF POWER TO POWER IT UP? MY FRIEND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS U, AND ITS WORKIN JUST FINE WIT A RELAY NOW. 

I've got relays hooked up, maybe the relay went bad? I dont think it would work at all if it went bad though. I'll check.

Could be a bad ballast, have you tried swapping the bulb or ballast (whichever is easier to do depending on the install) with the other side?
