bear claw and strikers b2200

hey weres the best place to weld the bear claw door latches and the strikers..i was thinking of   the flat piece of steel half way up the door that keeps it form swinging fully open....thats keeps the door centre to the cab...but im woundering any help would be amazing thanks

The way I do pics is type what I wanna type, then switch from "normal" view to "html" view. . .   Down in the bottom right corner of the reply box, then once you are in html view, paste the code. . .  and thats it. . . . These pics are Dave's pics, not mine. . .   -Josh
