Seems like a lot of people vent on here about a bad experience they have with a company. I'm not knocking anyone for that, most of the time your just trying to help others from suffering through the same mess you went through. I recently needed some air ride parts for a new project. I did a little research and found that Gravity-Werx.com carried the parts that I needed. I had never dealt with them before, and decided to call them up and see if they had the parts in stock. Mike was not available when I called and the lady took my name and number and said he would be in touch with me soon. Sure enough he called back in a few hours and said to email him a list and he would check stock on the parts I needed. I sent an email late that night, and when I checked my mailbox the next morning, he had responded and told me the parts were in stock and gave me a date I would receive them on if they were ordered that day. I placed my order over the internet at lunch and by the time I had got home I had a conformation of my order with a tracking number. I received my order in full on the date that was in the original email he had sent me. Like a lot of you guys on here, I work hard (especially during these hard times), and the last thing I have time to do is chase down parts I order or deal with customer NO service from a lot of companies out there. I've only meet Mike and the guys from Gravity-Werx once several years ago, so I'm not on here trying to pump up a close buddy or anything. I just feel that if a man stands behind his word and delivers as promised he ought to get a little recognition for his efforts. Maybe more people will share there good experiences with other companies so we can help out the people who really want to help us out.
