s-10 bolt patern

i found some wheels that is they say is ford ranger and s-10 bolt pattern ..so they are 5x4.5 and what...i need 5x5 for my c-10...180 for 3 20's ...cabo wheels and new ones are 180 for one...so whould i get them and get adapters or just get wheels that fit

s10 is 5x 4.75 whats the offset of the wheels ? if you use adaptors they may not tuck 

they are universal...but they say thry are fit ranger and s-10

There is no such thing as a universal wheel....just dual bolt pattern wheels.  A S10 is 5x4.75 as stated above and a ranger is 5x4.5
